  • Please note that the cost of shipping the parcel back to us for exchange will be borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Faulty Products

  2. Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund for the faulty product/s. You will be notified once the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs:
